As an expert in neurodivergence, I am passionate about leveraging my knowledge to create a more accepting and inclusive world for Autistic folks and people with ADHD. Since 2015, I have shared my knowledge with mental health products, start-ups, mid-size orgs, and non-profits to:

• Identify & address limitations to workplace inclusion for neurodivergent employees and clients

• Present seminars for best practices of creating neuro-inclusive products & workplaces

• Identify & address neurodivergent user experience issues in websites, e-learning or digital products

• Effectively communicate mental health and social work topics for a range of learning audiences

• Engage stakeholders in a meaningful conversation about ethics of their mental health product
