relationship therapy

Coming to therapy with your partner is often the beginning of a deeper and even more exciting chapter in your shared story. I offer support, strategies and impartial insight to help loved ones return to a place of connection, intimacy and ease.

I offer a non-judgmental and encouraging space for all kinds of relationships—romantic, friendship, creative partnerships, families—to find healing and support as they navigate life together.

In romantic relationships, we are frequently drawn to partners who differ from us in temperament or personality; this contrast often generates much of the initial spark or attraction. However, as time passes we don’t always know how to problem solve effectively when things get hard.

I use research-backed approaches to help you and your loved one(s) identify your conflict patterns and communication break down. Then, I'll help you develop skills and learn tools for more productive, less explosive conflict that will help you and your partner feel more connected, supported, and understood.

I help my relationship clients better understand their partners' and their own reactions, learn to communicate through conflict with fewer hurt feelings, and achieve more authentic and intimate connection.

I specialize in counseling:

  • Couples where one or both partners are Neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD, Sensory Disorders)

  • Couples exploring non-monogamy, polyamory, or other alternative relationship models

  • Relationships between 3 or more people (friend groups, artistic collaborators, romantic or sexual polycules, families)

  • LGBTQ+ / Queer couples adjusting to life transitions or experiencing recurring conflict

  • Creative/Artist couples adjusting to life transitions or experiencing recurring conflict, particularly around their creative ambitions

I offer a complimentary consultation for all potential clients. During this phone call, I learn whether I can be helpful to you and you get to feel what it may be like for us to work together.
